P7 Transition to High School

Visits to the high school:

During October the Primary 7s in our mainstream will be visiting James Young High School for some classroom visits where they will have the chance to learn with their teacher in a high school environment. There will also be some S6s around to help them. 

There will also be the Madrid Marathon in October which gives children the opportunity to mix with Primary 7s from other cluster primary schools and take part in lots of fun activities themed around modern languages.

Extra support:

For those children needing a more bespoke transition, the first Pathway 2 meetings will be taking place between now and Christmas: invites for these have already gone out, but please ask if you want any more information.
